Brews & Chews - Spiced Pairs

It's the season of love and here at Draconum we love nothing more than amazing food and awesome beers. What’s even better is when beer and food are artfully crafted to perfectly pair with each other.

Come join us on February 11th for a guided, six-course beer & food pairing event which will feature a combination of some of our most popular beers, a few new brews, and six specialty small-plates to showcase the way that food and beer can play off each other, change one another and ultimately end up as a happy couple. 

This private, ticketed event will be hosted by Brewer - Ben Law along with Chef Julia,  and will include six 5 oz pours (pre-selected), and six thoughtfully paired small-plates (menu below), a Q&A, and a brewery tour with a “fresh-out-of-the-tank” tasting, along with a complimentary refreshment on arrival.
